Qualifications / Language Skills / Staff Training

DCS offers its services mainly in German (at a native-speaker level).

All our employees have excellent, accent-free German language skills because they have all lived in Germany for a long time and attended German schools. At native level also possible: French, English, Polish, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian and Turkish. In addition, a part of our employees has a university or technical college degree.

At DCS, at least 2 training sessions per day are provided in equipped classrooms (with modern projection technology).The training focuses not only on the currently available projects of our clients, but also on sales training and quality assurance measures.
