Company History
1995
In the heart of Berlin, in a time of change and globalization, a small company was founded in 1995 with one big goal: to provide excellent customer service in German. With just 10 dedicated employees, our journey began, characterized from the start by a deep understanding of our customers and a firm belief in partnership-based relationships. Just two years later, our workforce doubled, an early sign that our approach was catching on and we were on the right track.
2003
The year 2003 marked a significant turning point in our history. With the opening of our first international location in Izmir, Turkey, we ventured beyond the borders of Germany. Here, we worked with a team of 100 employees to realize our vision in a new cultural and economic environment. The expansion into Turkey was the beginning of a remarkable growth phase that led us to open additional locations in Istanbul and other Turkish cities in 2005. This phase was characterized by dynamic development, spurred on by our ability to adapt to local conditions while maintaining our high quality standards.
A key component of our success is the trust that our customers place in us. We are particularly proud of the fact that 80% of our customers have been working with us for over 10 years. This long-standing trust is no coincidence, but the result of a business relationship that goes far beyond a simple service. We attach great importance to creating a basis of partnership that is sustainable in good times, but above all in bad times.
