Your job at a glance:
- Customer support and advice: Professional and friendly support of customer inquiries via various communication channels, including telephone, email and live chat.
- Advising customers on various aspects.
This is what we expect from you:
- Talented communicator with very good written and spoken German skills
- Experience in a call center is desirable, but not a must!
- Willingness to help, empathy and high customer and service orientation
- Experienced use of common PC applications
- Reliable and independent way of working
