Inbound:
You will answer incoming calls, be in direct contact with the customers of our clients.Individual consultation, problem handling, complaints…!You are the specialist who will satisfy customers.
Text editing / back office:
In addition to traditional telephony, you spend much less time with handsets.Processing of requests that come through social media.
Outbound:
You contact the customer.Presenting to them or also just informing them.Your goal is customer satisfaction.
New client acquisition:
First contact with the customer.Your goal is to find the right offer.Telephony for a goal-oriented personality.
Requirements:
- You are self-confident, set yourself goals and love contact with people
- You have average PC knowledge.
- You have native language skills in in German or English or French or Polish or Czech or Dutch or Norwegian or Swedish.
