The application process
Your application
Regardless of whether you applied to us online or by email, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your application from us. This will be sent by email if you have provided an email address.
Screening
Your documents will be checked by our human resources and/or specialist department. We would like to give all applicants prompt feedback, but we are not always able to do this. Please be patient and understanding if the selection process takes longer in some cases.
Get to know
If, after reviewing your application documents, we determine that the advertised position is suitable for you, we will invite you to an interview. This is mostly done virtually. In this conversation we would like to get to know you and introduce ourselves as an employer.
Contract
You will usually receive feedback from the recruiter responsible for you throughout the application process. As soon as we have decided on you, we will make an offer and create an employment contract.
If we determine during the application process that your profile and our requirements do not match, you will usually receive a written rejection. We will keep your documents (as regulated in the Data Protection Act) for six months from the time of rejection. Your data will then be deleted.
